Lawyer (Reloction to Riga)

Requirements:

• Experience in international IT-companies or Banking;
• Trademark registration in US, EU and etc.;
• Understanding of international business and its needs;
• Consumer and Data protection experience;
• The desire to develop yourself and desire to find solutions for extraordinary situations;
• Multitasking and ability to prioritize them;
• Fluent English and Russian - as an advantage;
• Knowledge of European law/experience with European projects is necessary;
• Knowledge of American law/experience with the United States projects is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Legal support of European, Russian and foreign companies;
• Incorporation, reorganization and liquidation of companies in Malta, Latvia, USA, Cyprus, Singapore, etc.;
• Registration of non-resident employees (residence permit);
• Legal support of M&A and R&D projects.
