• Science education – you’ll be writing a lot about science, and a thorough understanding of the topics is a must.
• Advanced English – our main social media accounts are in English.
• Understanding trends is great, but it's even more important to understand human nature – what makes people smile? What piques their interest? What catches their attention?
• Analytical skills and the ability to build strategies based on data, not just creativity.
• Hands-on experience with social media and understanding of how the same content can be formatted for different channels.

What you’ll do:

• Create and implement communication strategies for various channels (we work with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, but would love to test new channels as well)
• Create content plans together with the content team (we have our own team of video creators, designers, and illustrators) and marketing team
• Write posts and scripts for videos
• Organize a smooth and effective workflow collaborating with Marketing, content producers, the community manager, the influencer marketing team, and the localization team
• Compile analytics reports on content performance and create new hypotheses for growth based on this data
• Come up with innovative ways to increase virality, reach, and sales – special projects, livestreams, contests, testing new channels, etc.
• Will be a strong plus:
• Experience working with US markets and understanding of American culture
• Experience with launching YouTube
• Community-building expertise (we have a community manager, but need some help in this area)
