Tasks:
- New product development (NPD): propose new concepts, contribute to flavors and package development, cross-functional collaboration to develop product, P&L and launch scenario
- Brand activation plan delivery: support in TV and Digital assets development, KV and POSM development, sampling, support in cross-brand activations in E-Com and Trade
- Analyze market, consumer trends, internal sales and financial data and recommend changes to marketing plans based on analysis
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Insights, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercialization, E-com and other teams to implement brand plans. Manage briefing, concept development and execution for the assigned activities
Skills:
- Min. 1 years’ experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing with proven business results as Junior Brand Manager/Trainee
- Good analytical skills (sees connection in data, trends, quickly analyzes complex problems)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Active user MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and Nielsen Answer (preferred)
- English – Upper Intermediate or higher
