Product Manager (Internationalization & Localization)

What You Will Do

• Be directly responsible for driving growth & revenue in new markets. Reporting to our Head of Product, this new role will be responsible for accelerating Speechify's growth in emerging markets such as India
• Work closely with our existing product teams to understand what is needed to successfully internationalize & localize our existing products
• Drive strategic business goals and work to ensure the teams invest toward those goals through a data-driven roadmap
• Work to drive process improvements and advise and educate various product teams on internationalization and localization best practices, requirements and methodologies
• Prioritize and allocate resources against a variety of projects touching many product and business teams across Speechify

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 3-5+ years of experience delivering outstanding product outcomes for previous companies, with at least 2 years of experience working on internationalization, localization, and global product needs
• Proven ability to bring simplicity and measurable results to complex, ambiguous situations
• Data driven principles & process approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented mentality and demonstrated ability to follow through on several complex projects simultaneously
• Experience working with mobile and web apps with millions of end users (a plus)
• Comfort with a fast-paced work environment at a rapidly evolving organization
