Junior web analyst

What you will do:

• Analyze purchase funnels, identify gaps and opportunities for Conversion Rate Optimization and deliver insights to customer success managers
• Collect, analyze and organize data from different sources/systems to provide management with high level insights
• Work closely with analytics departments of leading e-commerce companies in Russia and Europe (X5, TSUM, Eldorado, MTS, Avatrade, Kaspi.kz, KupiVIP etc.)
• Participate in projects on early implementation phases, validate it from data perspective for alignment, completeness and integrity
• Develop A/B/n testing and personalization hypotheses.
• Review running tests and personalization campaigns and advise on their improvements/optimization/next steps

We are looking for:

• Analytical mindset
• 1-2 years of experience with web-analytics
• Readiness to learn a lot of new tools and technologies
• Strong understanding and proven experience of working with Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika and other analytical tools
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong organization skills, a proven ability to multitask, and meet deadlines
• Fluent English is a must as you will also work with European accounts (other languages would be a plus)
• Ability to communicate data and insights in a comprehensible and clear way based on target audience
• Ability to validate reports, their underlying data and collaborate with developers to resolve any reporting system data integrity issues
• e-Commerce or relevant digital agency experience would be a big advantage
• Experience with personalization and/or digital marketing tools (Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, RetailRocket, RichRelevance, Flocktory etc.), CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experience, HTML/CSS, JS knowledge would be a plus
