Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for wide range of Tech positions (Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Sr/ Lead Engineers, DevOps and etc. )
• Use several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stackoverflow, job boards, internal database and etc) for sourcing
• Creating complex searches and innovative sourcing strategies to bring the best talents
• Creating a wide Talent pool
• Communication with candidates on daily basis
• Work closely with recruiter and other members of the recruitment team to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis
• Analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
• Provide regular status updates on sourcing results for open positions

Requirements

• English: Intermediate+ level (written and spoken)
• Finished IT courses in Recruitment/HR sphere or recruitment experience in any area
• Preferably knowledge of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative search techniques
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, ability to react quickly
• Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Result oriented person
• Has excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
