Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for wide range of Tech positions (Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Sr/ Lead Engineers, DevOps and etc. )
- Use several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stackoverflow, job boards, internal database and etc) for sourcing
- Creating complex searches and innovative sourcing strategies to bring the best talents
- Creating a wide Talent pool
- Communication with candidates on daily basis
- Work closely with recruiter and other members of the recruitment team to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis
- Analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
- Provide regular status updates on sourcing results for open positions
Requirements
- English: Intermediate+ level (written and spoken)
- Finished IT courses in Recruitment/HR sphere or recruitment experience in any area
- Preferably knowledge of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative search techniques
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, ability to react quickly
- Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Result oriented person
- Has excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
