Junior Analyst FP&A

You will do

• Creating, updating, and automating reports in google.sheet/excel
• Participate in the monthly P&L and CF planning process across all of the group's countries (revenue budget, marketing budget, staff expenses budget, and other budgets)
• Participate in the preparation and updating the company's yearly budgets, conducting plan vs fact analysis
• Collect data and prepare analytical reports/presentations at the request of internal and external users (cost efficiency, unit economics, factor analysis, etc.)
• Develop stunning visuals and dashboards as well as building advanced financial and product-related models and ad-hoc calculations
• Participate in automating the planning process in 1C products

We expect you to have

• Relevant financial experience - we are open for talented students and graduates
• Good googlesheet/excel and data analytics skills. Most of our reports are in googlesheet and we will help you to learn how to work with it
• Excellent skills in finance and maths: the ability to read financial statements, understand the interaction of three forms (BS, P&L, and CF), calculate margin, GMV, EBITDA, etc
• Higher Economic/Financial education
• Analytical mindset, attentiveness to details, and good organizational skills
• Good English level. You will communicate with managers in 10 different countries.
• SQL, VBA, Javascript (we use scripts in google.sheet), or other tech skills will be considered a plus
