Junior HR Specialist

Description:

• Perfetti van Melle – international innovative company, produced famous confectionary products Chupa-Chups, Mentos, Meller, Fruittella, Sula.

Main responsibilities:

• Recruitment and onboarding at the factory, focus on blue-collars;
• Support in digitalization/optimization of interviews process
• Preparing and placing communications at the factory
• Preparing presentations for the meetings with the employees
• Pulse surveys organization for the factory employees;
• HR KPIs acknowledgment, reports preparation
• Participation in Engagement activities/trainings organization

Our perfect candidate:

• Has initial experience in HR/recruitment;
• Knows English at Upper-Intermediate level;
• MS Office expert (Power Point, Excel);
• Able to work multitask on a daily basis;
• Result oriented team-player;
• Kind, responsive person;
• Recruitment experience will be an advantage;
