Finance Analyst

Your main job duties consist in:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Manage the financial processes of monthly and quarterly closings, of Budgets, monthly reforecasts as well as Mid Term Plans of the W&FJ Division.
• Analyze and challenge the operating costs and investments to identify the performance levers and the risks and opportunities.
• Establish the CAPEX requests of the W&FJ Division, ensuring they meet the expected ROI; perform a posteriori analyzes.
• Prepare and present results of W&FJ Division for General Management
• Performance Management and Reporting.
• Monitor the level and the quality of W&FJ stocks (Sales items and promotional materials).
• Be responsible for an efficient and timely reporting in the standards of the Group.
• Foster the Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives and take part in KPIs reporting.
• Provide all required information to Regional/Global teams (presentation, templates, etc).
• Be the main contact person concerning W&FJ finance results.
• Business Partnering
• Be the Business Partner of the W&FJ Team and Boutique Directors.
• Analyze and challenge the performance of all the W&FJ activities – actuals / forecast.
• Support daily the W&FJ stakeholders in their Budget monitoring and projects implementation.
• Support W&FJ Division new initiatives and prepare impactful ad hoc analysis and presentations.
• Finance Transformation
• Drive the projects of finance Digital Transformation at the Division/Company level.
• Participate actively in the implementation of new financial tools.
• Take initiative to increase the operational efficiency while bringing innovation.
• Perform operational tasks under the supervision of the Fashion and W&FJ Finance Controller.
• Support the internal control improvement in the organization / documenting processes.
• Be the custodian of the internal control of the Division – collaborate with internal and external auditors.
