What you’ll do:
- Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions
- Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Business Stakeholders, HR and Candidates) and maintain effective communication channels
- Source applicants through various methods including advertising, job sites, career fairs, online platforms
- Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
- Inform candidates fully about the job and company
- Provide regular updates and feedback to managers
- Maintain accurate and current applicant data base
- Extend offers of employment within company procedures
- Participation in Employer Branding & UR activities (career fairs, students’ events and etc)
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Highly organized
- Strong in problem analysis and problem solving
- Have a passion for always maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
- Able to adapt and pivot in a fast-moving environment
- Ready to take initiative and work independently
- Fluent English
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the agency or in-house
- Knowledge of general principles of recruiting, staffing systems and tools
- A VPN is required to respond to a vacancy
