Tasks

  • Support the maintenance of all employee files and original documentation as legally required and partnering with Deloitte, the local legal service provider on all necessary employee requirements and ensuring all HR actions are legally compliant.
  • Partnership with finance/payroll team with end-to-end responsibility for administering all payroll and related data including processing starters, leavers, employee changes, leave of absence etc, ensuring accuracy and efficient submission of payroll input.
  • Responsible for all Employee Services actions in Employee Central, ensuring the accuracy of data input and supporting with audits and data cleanse when necessary.
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition team with resourcing needs for retail vacancies, managing the Russian job boards and internal recruitment toolkit to ensure we attract top talent.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR admin queries, managing the ASKHR portal and achieving relevant SLA time frames. Escalating unresolved or serious issues to HR Manager where necessary.
  • Deliver all agreed employee lifecycle admin events including new joiners and leaving formalities, ensuring compliance with policy, HR best practice and legislation.
  • Support with employee relations cases. Russian to English translating support when required.
  • To support and coach line managers on all HR administration responsibilities, visa processes, absence management, policies, employee central etc.
  • Working closely the wider HR team to implement local people plans and organisational design initiatives
  • Managing HR related PO’s and Ariba system.
  • Contribute to ad hoc HR projects as required.
  • Work as part of the Employee Services team to support additional EMEIA regions were required.

Skills

  • University degree/CIPD desirable.
  • Fluent in spoken & written English/Russian language.
  • Local knowledge of Russian market and understadning of employment legislation and HR procedures.
  • Track record in generalist HR role, preferably in a Fashion Retail or FMCG organisation.
  • Highly experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
  • A VPN is required to respond to a vacancy.
