• Have an experience in an IT company with complex products and tech-savvy people. You may not know how to write a parsing script but you should not be afraid of such a task;
• Always look at non-standard solutions, as we value progress more than we are afraid of failure;
• Think a lot about the candidate's experience. Constant support, perfect timing and useful feedback are main priorities for you;
• Spend time with teams you are hiring for. It is important for you to know everything about the project, internal processes and culture of each team;
• Comfortable with challenging the status quo in everything we do as a team;
• Have really good spoken and written English skills.

What will you do:

• Hire, source and manage incoming applications;
• Manage (or even design!) hiring processes;
• Take part in onboarding processes;
• Keep in touch with Arrival teams. Every employee is important for us, therefore we pay attention to their expectations and mood;
• Work with documents (like employment and civil contracts).
