Internal Audit Intern (in London)

Duties

• Over the course of your internship, you will be involved in a variety of work, and the role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties
• Assist with internal audits (finance and business processes) and the annual SOX programme, performing tasks such as walkthroughs of processes and testing of controls
• Review and analyze audit documentation and data
• Own the preparation of audit work papers
• Follow up on, and track issues identified during audits
• Assist in the development of the annual internal audit plan
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed, including any special audit projects
• Work with the Internal Audit Supervisor on raising awareness of internal control and corporate governance concepts throughout the business
• Assist in the automation of control/testing procedures

• We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to gain internal audit work experience and has a curiosity to learn about how the business works. The video games industry is very dynamic, and the right candidate should be someone looking to develop their skills and constantly evolve over time

Experience

• Graduate or student studying for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a finance-related subject, or wishing to move into this area after graduation

Skills & Knowledge

• Good command of written and spoken English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with Excel experience beneficial
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail
