Junior+ Business Analyst, Origination (Remote)

About the job:

The Origination card team is responsible for the process of issuing Plata credit and debit products, as well as for the technology platform supporting other teams within the Origination unit, which focuses on product enhancements related to credit products, such as card reissues or issuing additional cards

Challenges that await you:

• Propose and implement ideas to improve the customer experience and increase conversion rates
• Work closely with development teams to ensure technical requirements are prepared and understood
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage priorities, share timelines, and keep everyone informed
• Collaborate with teams like Engineering, Design, and Compliance to ensure everyone is working toward the same goals
• Use data to monitor how product features are performing and find ways to improve them

What makes you a great fit:

• Business analyst or Product/project manager role experience of at least 1 year 
• Basic knowledge of statistics and A/B testing
• Basic knowledge of prioritization frameworks and team management skills
• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
• Higher education in MSU, MIPT, HSE, NES, NRNU, MEPhI, MSTU, NSU, ITMO, ITAM, SPBGU, BUIR, BSU

Your bonus skills:

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Excel
