  • You will support the leadership team and CEO on how best to help organise and support teams and the company as a whole to deliver growth and performance targets and implement them with other HR team members. What you’ll do:

  • Have the opportunity to construct new processes and innovate on the existing ones using the latest trends and approaches
  • Be responsible for recruitment and finding the leading team of champions
  • Make the onboarding processes as welcoming and productive as possible
  • Create a collaborative atmosphere that encourages to be proactive and efficient
  • Support and maintain the unique atmosphere and culture of Holy Corn
  • Build trustful relationship with the team members
  • Develop further the HR-brand, social company responsibility
  • Organize and support development plans and educational initiatives

What you'll need:

  • At least 3+ years in HR roles, experience in a agile HR environment would be a plus
  • Experience in rapidly scaling technology companies or FMCG is a plus
  • Depth of knowledge of people processes across the full employee lifecycle
  • Experience in building a high-talent, high-performance environment
  • Using qualitative and quantitative people data to inform decisions
  • Ability to coach managers and employees and monitor sensitive issues
  • Being comfortable working with ambiguity and forging your own path
  • A passion for people and helping them to be the best they can be
