Junior financial analyst

Description:

• Tizzi – we improve the intimate life of women & couples with Sexual Wellness gadgets. Tizzi is a rapidly growing sex-tech startup & venture e-commerce company in its late Seed stage.
• We have recently closed a new financing round to become the market leader in Russia & CIS and expand globally. You will join the team of successful entrepreneurs with banking & consulting backgrounds who launched venture projects of Rocket Internet across Eastern Europe & the APAC region.

Your responsibilities:

• Investor relations: Providing support on all stages of a seed investment round for a new project:
• Data preparation and analysis/data visualization
• Conduct industry and multiplicators research
• Support in preparing pitch deck presentations
• Creating and updating public data room for potential investors
• Analyze the investor community, create and update pipeline of potential investors
• Manage logistics and schedules for the upcoming events
• Organize founders’ schedule during the roadshow process
• Respond to potential investor’s requests for information
• Assistance during the due diligence process
• Providing support data/calculations for Investor Reporting
• Financial management:
• Monthly PL and daily operating CF preparation
• Automatization of the management accounting process
• Non-financial data and KPI’s calculations and tracking
• Participation in ad-hoc financial analysis
• Preparing budget vs actual analysis, financial controlling

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in finance/economics
• Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Completed Internships in consulting (M&A/Valuation/Due Diligence) or IB will be an advantage
• Financial modeling skills will be an advantage
