Junior Pricing Analyst

• June Homes is looking for a Junior Pricing Analyst who will work on delivering insights into pricing analyzing large volumes of market data. You will report directly to Head of Pricing.

What you’ll do:

• Provide insight into pricing by analyzing internal and external data such as property information, industry standards, and previous sales trends
• Support internal partners such as business development & pricing team by providing comparable market prices & insights
• Maintain workflow queue & help prioritize requests from internal partners by providing consistent communication & visibility into current tasks log
• Maintain and ensure data is accurately housed in internal database
• Identify patterns in markets by keeping up to date with market research and trends
• Build understanding of available data sources & competitors by market
• Share recommendations for areas of opportunities, as we constantly look for ways to optimize efficiencies in our tooling

What you need to be successful:

• 1-2 years experience in data or sales analytics
• Experience in Google Sheets (Excel also acceptable)
• Basic understanding of P&Ls
• Ability to derive and clearly articulate insights from data
• Competitive / market intelligence experience a plus
• Pricing or financial experience a plus
• You are a coachable, detail oriented and well-organized professional who is willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
