Software Projects Coordinator

Main tasks:

• Corporate R&D process deployment and improvement (including the Agile-based methodologies)
• Monitoring & Control of R&D projects in accordance with the corporate Project Management guidelines
• Audits of project documentation and R&D activities
• Interaction with development teams
• Process improvement and tasks automation (RPA)
• Optional: Maintenance of internal existing project and development of new functionality (PHP/SQL/Bootstrap)

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Fluent English (both oral and written skills)
• Knowledge of project management and process improvement approaches, at least basic stages of project lifecycle
• Basic knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum)
• Good communication and presentation skills (it will be a great benefit if you can bring any presentation materials prepared by yourself or provide us with short (5 min) story about any interesting IT technology during the interview)
• Basic programming skills in Python and/or PHP
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively at multiple levels ranging from in the trenches with engineers to working with the top management
