Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project schedules and resources from kick-off to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between Engineering, Operational and Commercial teams.
• Budgeting and Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources effectively, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
• Quality & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all projects meet technical, regulatory, and quality standards through collaboration with relevant teams.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
• End-of-Life Management: Oversee product lifecycle and decommissioning processes to ensure smooth project closure.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and optimize efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and change management logs.
• Adaptability: Be adaptable and responsive to changing project requirements, priorities, and constraints.

Expertise

• Technical Background: Strong technical background in robotics, automation, or related fields, with a deep understanding of humanoid robotics principles and technologies.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to manage the integrated delivery of technical and non-technical work packages.
• Project Management Skills: Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and execution, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
