Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Processing and making payments in the online banking system, working with various banks.
• Responses to banks requests for payment execution.
• Bank reconciliation in NetSuite.
• Organizing the signing of accounting documents (reconciliation statements, certificate of Completion, etc.) through docusign and sending them to vendors (as requested).
• Reflection of transactions (expense report, journals, deposits, reflection of payroll files, revenue, etc.)
• Active participation in audits.
