Junior Business Intelligence Analyst

Description:

• Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is looking for a strong candidate for the Junior Business Intelligence Analyst
• Junior BI Analyst provides analytical support for Marketing and Sales teams regarding Market situation analysis, Sales analytics, Forecasting and various Ad-Hoc requests and projects and is responsible for Master data maintenance for BI and Digital projects.

Responsibilities:

• Regular Market Situation Analysis and Reporting
• Data validation, preparation, refreshment and development of various reports and dashboards in company analytical system
• Analytical support for Business reviews
• Participation in Sales and Market Forecasting process
• Pricing Analytics
• Execution of various Ad-Hoc requests from Marketing and Sales teams
• Maintenance of Master data for BI and Digital projects
• Close collaboration with Senior BI Analysts, SFE Analyst and Commercial Analysts

We would love to hear from you, if you have:

• University degree (Math, Technical, Scientific, Economic)
• Relevant work experience (ideally 2 - 3 years)
• Communicative English level
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Good knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
• Knowledge of QlikSense, Python, Excel VBA, Power BI, Dataiku is an advantage
• Analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work with large amounts of data
• Independent, structured and responsible approach
• Proactivity and “can do” attitude
• Good communication skills
• Curiosity and initiative
• Understanding of key principles of Marketing and Medical Devices business
