About the job:

As a Senior Product Designer you will craft intuitive and user-centered experiences for Acronis products. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to transform complex cybersecurity and data protection challenges into seamless, accessible solutions. You’ll be responsible for defining user flows, creating high-fidelity designs, and maintaining a consistent design system, ensuring our products are both powerful and easy to use. What you'll do:

• Understand user needs through research and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to bring concepts to life.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate and refine design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with business and technical requirements.
• Prepare clear and detailed interface specifications for developers and provide guidance during implementation.
• Maintain and evolve the Acronis design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the overall UX strategy.

What you bring:

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, interface design, or human-computer interaction.
• Strong ability to simplify complex cybersecurity and data protection concepts into user-friendly designs.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with product managers and engineers.
• Proficiency in UX principles, accessibility standards, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication skills to present, explain, and justify design decisions.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
