Product Marketing Lead (Krakow / Paphos / Barcelona / Remote)

About the job

We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, positioning, and messaging for our financial products. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring strong adoption of our solutions in Germany and across key European markets. You will collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex financial solutions into compelling value propositions for SMEs and freelancers.

What you will be doing

• Own GTM Strategy – Lead the positioning, messaging, and launch strategy for new products, ensuring strong market adoption.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies with user needs and business goals.
• Drive Customer Insights – Conduct market research and user segmentation to refine messaging and optimize acquisition.
• Enhance Product Positioning – Translate complex financial solutions into clear, compelling value propositions.
• Optimize Performance – Develop and track key metrics for feature adoption, engagement, and revenue impact, iterating based on data.
• Strengthen Competitive Positioning – Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to refine Finom’s value proposition.

Who you are

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B services.
•  Proven track record in GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging for digital financial products.
•  Strong analytical mindset – experience leveraging data for decision-making.
•  Exceptional storytelling skills – ability to craft compelling narratives.
•  Experience working closely with Product, Growth, and Sales teams in a highly collaborative environment.
•  Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.

Working format:

• Cyprus: Relocation package is provided.
• Spain: we are only able to hire candidates who possess a DNI (for Spanish nationals) or an NIE (for foreign nationals). Relocation support is not provided.
