Marketing Manager (Cyprus / Krakow / Barcelona / Remote)

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. This role combines strategic marketing communications with hands-on marketing operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, managing cross-functional collaboration, and optimizing marketing execution to enhance brand impact.

What you will be doing

• Develop and execute compelling communication strategies and messaging.
• Own and update our message matrix, ensuring alignment across all channels.
• Coordinate with the product team to deliver the right message to the right audience.
• Collaborate with creative agencies (briefing, feedback, final asset delivery).
• Streamline marketing processes to enhance execution efficiency.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between teams, agencies, and platforms to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in marketing communications or brand marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on digital.
• Experience in streamlining marketing operations and improving processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Working format:

• Cyprus: Relocation package is provided.
• Spain: we are only able to hire candidates who possess a DNI (for Spanish nationals) or an NIE (for foreign nationals). Relocation support is not provided.
• Poland: employment will be under 'Umowa o Pracę' (UoP). Relocation support is not provided.
