Your role:

• Hiring, providing coaching, mentoring, motivation and performance assessment for Fintech operations team staff (7 subordinate employees)
• Analysis of internal finance operating activities, identification of areas for reducing costs and improving process efficiency
• Participation in the development of the Payment Automation function on the platform together with the product team
• Oversee finance operations processes
• Develop and maintain team policies and guidelines
• Implementing and facilitating new processes (hands-on approach - using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL)
• Participation in a project to automate payment processes
• Daily cash management, liquidity control
• Commercial negotiations with partners (payment providers, KYC providers, etc), analyzing the pricing proposal and control of implementing systems in internal processes
• Interaction with counterparties (banks, payment systems) on operations issues, provision of supporting documentation, correspondence on payment execution issues
• Providing ad-hoc advisory on requests from the support team and the customer management team
• You will report to the Head of Fintech Operations

Our requirements are:

• Leader, problem solver and strategist
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and passion for implementing improvements
• At least 3-5 years of experience in finance or fintech operations
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, macros skills) are must, SQL skill is an advantage
• Experience in supervising work of staff, coaching and mentoring
• Good command of English (Advanced level)
• High level of responsibility and diligence, attention to detail
• Experience in IT company / startup is an advantage
