Senior Product Manager

What You’ll Do…

• Become one of our small, strong group of 6-8 Product Managers, leading the squad that owns the ‘visitor’ user journey
• Own the ‘visitor to lead’ metric, rapidly experimenting with landing page design and UX flow, and optimising paint time / page speeds to improve our critical top of funnel metric
• Drive experimentation and best practices across the company; you’ll use your experience and people skills to increase the number of experiments we run, keep improving self-service experimentation tools for other teams using the website, and actively train and improve the experimentation and data skillset in the company
• Work daily with the CPO (Toby Mather) and your peer group of Product Managers, analysts and designers in our low-bureaucracy, fast-paced, flat hierarchy team.

What You Bring…

• 3+ years in product management, operating at a senior level (independently running a squad, executing on high-leverage bets in a scaled-up environment)
• You have experience and war stories from wins and failures optimising funnels for high-traffic landing pages or web apps, whether in B2C or B2B
• Data-driven: you’re comfortable working with large volumes of data, setting up and running A/B tests with complex dependencies, and you know your way around the usual bugs and issues involved (GTM, cross-domain tracking, etc)
• Exceptional analytical and communicative skills: you write clear, compelling proposals and analyses, and are a crystal clear communicator and fast responder in fast-moving, semi-synchronous working environments
