Junior Product Manager (Remote)

Your main tasks will be:

  • Collaborate with Product Manager to define product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to translate product requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Assist in writing clear and detailed product documentation, including feature specs and user guides.
  • Support the product launch process, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and propose data-driven enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct user research to understand pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from beta users to drive product iterations.

We expect from you:

  • 1+ years of experience in product management, UX research, or a similar role (internships included).
  • Ability to meet deadlines is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and image generation technologies is a plus.
  • Passion for AI, design, and digital creativity.
  • Native Russian
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level is a plus
