Product Manager

Description

• We're inviting a remote Product Manager with 5+ years of work experience as a Technical Project/Program Manager/Scrum Master to join our team
• The customer is a global cloud-based information security company that provides Internet security, web security, next generation firewalls, sandboxing, SSL inspection, antivirus, vulnerability management and granular control of user activity in cloud computing, mobile and Internet of things environments

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the end-to-end planning and execution of one or more features and/or Agile teams
• Be responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration among the Product Owner and members of the engineering organization
• Define and analyze metrics to assess the success of products and communicate with all stakeholders
• Be a mentor or coach agile practices to multiple teams to reach their highest potential

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience as a Technical Project/Program Manager/Scrum Master
• Prior experience as Software Engineer (4-5 years) before growing into Program Manager role
• Deep knowledge of Agile framework
• Experience on MS stack [C#, Asp.Net, SQL] or any programming skills with ALM tools such as VSTS/TFS
• Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and Product Owners
• Good knowledge in CI/CD, Technical debt, and DevOps
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
• Nice to have
• AWS Certifications: Foundational or Associate
• Azure Certifications: Foundational or Developing solutions
• Certified Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL
