Senior Product Designer (Cyprus, London, Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of user experiences that boost engagement, retention and monetization;
• Collaborate closely with PM and tech-leads;
• Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that support rigorous ab testing and data-informed decisions;
• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement;
• Analyze data and user feedback to refine designs continuously and optimize the overall user experience;
• Effectively present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across cross-functional teams;

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in high-growth mobile B2C environments;
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects;
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles with an eye for both aesthetics and functionality;
• Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and iterative design processes that drive measurable results;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
• A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for experimenting;
