Finance Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Participation in period – end closure (month, quarter, year);
• Preparation of monthly internal financial package in accordance with corporate standards and monthly commentary;
• Monthly preparation of sales and cost of sales for the IFRS reporting, reconciliation with Russian books;
• Monthly uploading of sales and cost of sales data into Hyperion;
• Monthly preparation of Retail PnL by store and Ecommerce PnL;
• Calculation and preparation of the adjustments for the IFRS reporting: reserves for sales, obsolete inventory, bad debt;
• Preparation of the documentation for the Capital expenses;
• IFRS 16 reporting. Analysis of lease contracts. Maintenance of lease contracts database (new and existing contracts) in the dedicated corporate software.
• Financial analysis:
• Analysis of deviation to budget;
• Cost analysis;
• Ad hoc requested analysis.
• Budgeting and Forecasts preparation;
• Support in external and internal audit;
• Intercompany reconciliation;
• Support in driving cost control.

Requirements:

• High education (economics / finance);
• 2+ year experience in multinational company on finance position;
• Strong user of 1C, Excel;
• Analytical skills;
• Attention to the details;
• Ability to work with big volumes of numerical data;
• Experience with setting tasks to IT department for 1C development;
• Fluent English.
