Sales Manager (with Knowledge of Italian or French)

Requirements:

• French or Italian at level C1 and above;
• Proficiency in Russian or English at a high level (at least B2);
• Literacy, politeness, the ability to listen, the ability to present and argue;
• Positive attitude;
• High level of concentration;
• Customer focus: treat each client with awe; do everything possible to ensure that the student is in good hands;
• Confident level of PC use;
• The ability to create comfortable conditions for working from home: a stable Internet connection (wired or Wi-Fi), your own PC or laptop;
• Experience in call center, customer service, sales will be an advantage;
• Experience in CRM systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the client to his dream - knowledge of the English language;
• Work with clients' applications received by the school (warm clients);
• Collect primary information about the client (the goal of learning the language, the approximate level of language proficiency, the client's field of activity);
• Sign up a client for a free introductory English lesson;
• Advise and accompany new clients before entering the introductory lesson (calls, WhatsApp correspondence, e-mails);
• Provide communication between departments (department of introductory lessons);
• Keep a history of communication with clients in the CRM database;
• Selling English courses by identifying the goals and needs of clients;
• Receive feedback from clients who have completed the introductory lesson (outgoing calls, work in WhatsApp);
• Work with the doubts and objections of the client, look for the right solution for each specific client;
• Accompany the client after the purchase (resolve issues arising in the learning process);
• Fill out daily reports.
