Communications Specialist

Communications Specialist is responsible for PR and Marketing communications of ECRU and DUB and for the brands perception coming from all communications channels. Communications Specialist is mostly in charge of managing social networks for ECRU and DUB and influencers marketing campaigns.

• Management of socials media channels for ECRU and DUB, including content production and copywriting
• Development of content calendar for social media channels
• Participation in PR Strategy developing and implementation
• Analysis of communities’ activity, tracking of KPIs, evaluation of performance using data analytics of social media channels
• Development and management of advertising campaigns on social networks
• Managing and improving of Customer Service on social networks
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports about PR activities for brands
• Implementation of influencer marketing strategies for ECRU and DUB
• Constant competitors and trends analysis
• Close cooperation with HQ teams and support with their digital marketing activities

Requirements:

• Marketing / PR education
• From 3 years work experience preferably as a Digital Marketing Specialist / SMM Manager
• Strong organizational skills - ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Russian and English) including the ability to create a message and tone of voice according to the audience needs
• Experience in working with digital channels, copywriting experience is a plus
• Experience in cooperation with bloggers
• User of PC, Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
• High level of Russian (written and oral)
• Fluent English
• Interest in fashion industry
• Organizational and project planning/managing skills
• The ability to work under pressure meeting the deadlines in a self-directed manner
• High level of inner responsibility
