Tasks

• Helping CPO to design a products strategy
• Designing with product manager a market research and collect users and customers feedback
• Describing possible patient journey map
• Analyzing market data, trends patients and providers behaviors
• Analyzing possible product usage scenarios
• Performing customer development and UX interview
• Describing business process within product
• Analyzing related products in company's product portfolio which can be reused or redesigned
• Conducting a market research and overview
• Designing product metrics
• Working with outsource design and product development company
• Analyzing business process in medical organizations
• Testing business hypothesis and ad-hoc analysis
• About product: we develop worldwide product for patients with cancer
• Our market: EU, Canada, USA, China, Latin America, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand

Requirments

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in product analysis, business analysis or product management
• Experience in customer research and development
• Knowing SQL, A/B testing planning and conducting
• Experience in customer and user interviewing
• Advanced English
• Knowing data analyzing and visualization tools
• At least one successful product in background (preferences for mobile apps, marketplaces, PaaS)
• Experience in writing schemes and diagrams for business processes
• Confident Jira, Confluence, Amplitude user experience
• Great communication skills (English and Russian are main languages)
• Master's degree preferred
