Junior Analyst (Equities)

Primary responsibilities:

• Produce recommendations on Russian or global equities under supervision of senior analyst
• Support senior analyst in modelling, information gathering, preparing investment cases
• Prepare daily and weekly market commentary in coordination with analyst team
• Build collaborative relationships with market professionals in team
• Communicate recommendations in Russian and English to internal clients
• Participate in client events: client meetings, calls and presentations

Key Competencies & Qualifications:

• 3 months – 2 years experience in global equities investment research
• Ability to work at a fast pace under tight deadlines
• Strong modelling and analytical skills
• Strong Russian communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Accuracy, diligence and attention to details
• Collaborative skills and team work
• Ability to work under pressure
