Senior Product Designer (Kuala Lumpur)

What you'll do:

• Work with Design , Product and Development counterparts to improve the quality and adoption of Osome’s core financial tools and mobile app.
• Collaborate with your team to define the problem we want to solve, gather insights and generate a suite of viable solutions.
• Continually seek to identify new improvement opportunities by monitoring how our product satisfies our clients’ needs and preferences.
• Own the creation of design deliverables including user journeys, wire frames, prototypes and development-ready designs and specifications
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment of goals and deliver high-quality holistic experiences.
• Help and contribute to advocating the strong design culture across our organisation.

Who you are:

• At least 3 years experience working as part of collaborative cross-functional teams shipping high-quality digital products.
• Demonstrable experience working across the end-to-end design process through strong case studies.
• Has previously worked as part of a team working with the improvement of onboarding, activation, feature adoption and/or its impact on the wider product.
• Has a collaborative nature and keen to partner with the Product Manager to understand customer needs, business value and challenge each other to improve the quality of your domain.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate their thought-process to peers and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• A curious mindset with a willingness to own their design challenges from inception to completion.
• A desire to continually learn, improve and develop - both the product and themselves.
• Prior experience working with and applying design system components to your design, in addition to contributing patterns back to the global design system.
• Proficient in English.
