In this role you will be responsible for:
- Analyze key data to understand the market, category and competition, key consumer insights and trends;
- Identify new opportunities to upgrade portfolio, strategy, and activation through data analysis;
- Participate in building & manage the future pipeline: the new product launches/ relaunches, creating compelling value propositions, lead artworks development & approval as per the procedure;
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functions (R&I formula & pack, research, medical department) to ensure product activities on time;
- Drive strong execution of aligned product activation plans to achieve business goals collaborating with Business development and Sales teams;
- Develop communication materials: key visuals, banners, OLV etc.;
- Together with Trade marketing work on POSM development, collaborate with the e-com team on constant improvement of online shelf;
- Effectively communicate with and manage design & creative agencies. Ability to provide clear and actionable brief;
- Plan & manage annual and monthly budget tracking
What you need to succeed:
- University degree (Economics, Marketing, Management);
- Min 1 year experience as Assistant Brand Manager / Brand Coordinator / Junior Brand Manager;
- Experience in Pharmaceutical / FMCG industries;
- Strong analytical skills & ability to transform data analysis into action plan;
- Creative mind, willingness & ability to contribute to the creative idea and navigate the agencies;
- Good time management and ability to work under high time pressure and adjust to changing business needs;
- Result driven with good collaborating & influencing skills;
- Excellent Excel & Power Point skills;
- English Upper-Intermediate & higher (communication with HQ & English-speaking project teams);
- Passion to learn new & develop professional & personal skills, true marketing lover
