Tasks:

  • hire sales managers and accommodate newbies who will perform by 120%
  • train and motivate a team to continuously improve sales results
  • draw up a sales plan and communicate it to each member of the team
  • monitor the fulfillment of KPI's and track the speed of applications processing 
  • work out and optimize processes in the sales department
  • arrange the working process using CRM-system and IP telephony
  • hold meetings with lecturers and producers in order to learn more about the course and understand what "hurts" the clients
  • draw up working scripts

Skills:

  • excited by the challenging tasks
  • an ambitious leader with the skills of systemic management of the sales department
  • have already managed the team and planning processes, as well as employee motivation and development
  • know how to use the tools of effective sales and negotiations
  • can evaluate the work of the team and provide explicit feedback
  • can make decisions on time and be responsible for them
  • know English at B2 + level
