Tasks:
- hire sales managers and accommodate newbies who will perform by 120%
- train and motivate a team to continuously improve sales results
- draw up a sales plan and communicate it to each member of the team
- monitor the fulfillment of KPI's and track the speed of applications processing
- work out and optimize processes in the sales department
- arrange the working process using CRM-system and IP telephony
- hold meetings with lecturers and producers in order to learn more about the course and understand what "hurts" the clients
- draw up working scripts
Skills:
- excited by the challenging tasks
- an ambitious leader with the skills of systemic management of the sales department
- have already managed the team and planning processes, as well as employee motivation and development
- know how to use the tools of effective sales and negotiations
- can evaluate the work of the team and provide explicit feedback
- can make decisions on time and be responsible for them
- know English at B2 + level
