Learning and Development Manager (T&D Manager)

• In AliExpress Russia we are all about professional growth and development of our employees and we are looking for Training/Learning and Development Manager. We are looking for enthusiastic individual to lead training programs, manage external providers, organize special leadership training and to ensure continuous people development

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and determine key training and people development directions
• Guide company professional and soft skills development (training planning and organization, administering, post-training feedback)
• Design and implement training sessions, workshops, master-classes and other skills sharing
• Design and deliver leadership programs for managerial level
• Gather feedback, track the performance and control the efficiency of the training projects
• Participate in HR – Branding projects and support other internal and external HR initiatives
• Work closely with other departments to gather key demands for various HR projects

Requirements:

• Higher education
• 3+ years of experience in a multinational company in T&D/L&D (training organization, design and delivery)
• Experience in leadership development is must
• 2 years+ of trainer’s experience
• HR-Branding experience is desirable
• Professional certification (Train the Trainer, etc.) is highly desirable
• Knowledge of coaching and mentoring practices is a plus
• Excellent understanding of key trends, best practices in T&D/L&D
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good project planning and project management skills
• Strive for learning and development
• Upper-Intermediate English is must
