Senior UX Researcher (Cyprus or Remote)

About the job:

We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to supercharge Ultimate Guitar. You’ll shape Ultimate Guitar’s design and user experience, using insights to drive innovation and keep our platform rocking for musicians and guitar lovers everywhere.

You won't hear water cooler chat about the weather here at Muse, here we are rating our favorite Prince albums and discussing Japanese punk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end UX research projects focusing on UG’s design and brand experience.
• Conduct a variety of research methods, including usability studies, surveys, interviews, contextual inquiries, and data analysis.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights to influence product decisions, user experience improvements, and brand strategies.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to identify research needs and integrate user-centered insights throughout the development lifecycle.
• Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization in a clear, concise manner.
• Contribute to the development of UX research processes and tools that enhance efficiency and impact.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of UX research experience, with a strong background in mixed methods research (qualitative and quantitative).
• Strong knowledge of research methods, including usability testing, surveys, interviews and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to play the guitar and understanding of music fundamentals.
