Our tech stack: JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript with NodeJS and Python, Django on the backend

The role:

As our Talent Acquisition Partner focused on tech, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain high-caliber tech professionals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Recruiting:
    • Utilise various channels (job boards, social media, networking, events) to source candidates.
    • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality tech candidates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition.
    • Work with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of recruitment goals with company objectives.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Data and Analytics:
    • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on hiring progress and performance against targets.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.
    • Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and tech meetups.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment, focused on tech roles.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and its recruitment challenges.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

  • Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
  • Knowledge of TradingView
