IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Participates in planning and generating the candidates’ pipeline for open IT vacancies;
• Reviews and evaluates resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements;
• Screens and selects the candidates for open positions;
• Administrates candidates’ and recruitment process database, provides regular feedback to the candidates;
• Conducts interviews with the candidates and coordinates further interview process with hiring managers;
• Files all available data on the candidates and interview;
• Performs reference and background checks for potential employees.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience;
• Experience of participation in successful IT recruitment projects;
• English - Intermediate+.
