Analyst (at the European fintech startup)

• FINOM is a European fintech startup. It's a financial service that combines online banking, accounting, financial management for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Europe. Earlier, the founders created ModulBank (digital bank №1 for SMEs in Russia). The company's investors include large venture capital funds such as General Catalyst, Target Global, and FJ Labs

• We are looking for a strong and proactive analyst, together with whom we will develop FINOM in Europe, based on data analysis

Responsibilities:

• build analytics for the implementation of economically feasible actions
• directly influence product development, changes in marketing policy, company strategy, and other areas of the company
• be responsible for the search, verification, presentation of hypotheses about the market, customers based on open sources, reports, and internal data of the company

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in business analytics / product analytics / consulting
• willingness to independently conduct the analytical direction of the business and be responsible for its results
• English minimum Upper-Intermediate
• higher education

• know how to accurately formulate thoughts and see the essence of things behind dry numbers
• analyzed the data, familiar with analytical tools
• startup mindset
