Junior Functional Analyst

Description

• You will be working on analysis and development of front-to-back processes of customer and configuration of business rules in the world famous technology platforms (Kondor, Murex, Calypso)

Responsibilities

• Business requirements gathering through capturing of user stories, prototyping etc
• Analysis of as-is processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
• Design to-be business processes, perform impact&feasibility analysis of the requirements to IT systems
• Preparing functional specifications, use cases
• Configuration of business rules in IT systems
• Development of the integration and functional mechanisms
• Participation in Unit, Integration and User Acceptance testing
• Facilitate issues and dependencies resolution

Skills

• Must have
• Recent graduate from top Russian universities (MSU, MIPT, HSE, Bauman, MePHI)
• Understanding of financial markets products (equities, bonds, derivatives)
• English: A2 Elementary
• Nice to have
• System analysis experience, familiarity with SDLC lifecycle best practices
• Knowledge of programming languages: Java, Python, VBA
• SQL (MS SQL or Sybase ASE)
• Financial instruments pricing, trade lifecycle, Risk management
• experience in software packages - Murex, Calypso
