• Origination and execution of mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt transactions together with other bankers from the group as well as colleagues from industry and product teams

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of execution projects
• Responsibility for drafting of pitchbooks
• Supervision of junior colleagues on specific projects or tasks
• Involvement in recruiting and internal training
• Training, coaching and mentoring of junior colleagues
• Structuring and execution of complex transactions
• Liaising with JPMorgan product teams
• Leading marketing initiatives
• Developing strategic advice
• Completing large and complex valuation and analytical exercises

Financial Performance / Technical Skills

• Outstanding financial analysis and modelling skills (essential)
• Several years corporate finance experience in a leading investment bank
• Strong academic background
• In-depth understanding of investment banking products (can be enhanced and further built via training)
• Control Skills
• Excellent understanding of financial, legal and reputational risks facing large integrated investment banks in today (essential)
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements (can be provided through training)
• Partnership Skills
• Strong team player (essential)
• Strong project management skills (can be enhanced through on-the-job training)
• Other Skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills both Russian and English
• Experience in dealing with clients and other transactional advisers (can be enhanced through training)
• Strong management skills enabling candidate to effectively manage more junior bankers in high pressure environment
