Crieff Hydro is Scotland's leading resort for both leisure and business. With 215 hotel rooms as well as 55 self catering units we offer both choice and flexibility to our guests. About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Ride Leader to join our dynamic team at the Crieff Hydro Riding Centre! If you thrive on using your initiative and love working in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you. You'll have the chance to build strong connections with both our customers and our dedicated team.
At Crieff Hydro, we’re proud to be a BHS approved centre. We care for 45 horses, and with our stunning 900-acre estate, we offer endless hours of hacking through breathtaking landscapes. Our state-of-the-art outdoor and indoor arenas are ideal for schooling and teaching.
What we’re looking for:
- An experienced Ride Leader with a teaching/coaching qualification. If you hold a UKCC coaching certificate or a BHS certificate, we’d love to hear from you!
- A natural leader who can step up and support the manager by overseeing the business when she's not available.
- Someone who’s comfortable schooling a variety of horses, from school horses to private liveries and youngsters, each with their own unique personality and potential.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business and our customers.
- Willingness to undergo a full PVG Disclosure Check.
