Junior Associate (Legal Private Wealth)

Description:

• We are looking for a Junior Associate to join our Private Wealth Services team.

We provide the following services to private clients:

• Design of business ownership structures and private assets of HNWIs;
• Development of succession planning mechanisms and inheritance of business and personal assets;
• Advice on private M&A deals in Russia and abroad (real estate, private jets, art etc.) and on investing into financial products;
• Advice on matters of family and inheritance law;
• Structuring and launch of family offices for HNWIs;
• Advice on immigration legislation of foreign countries;
• Advice on personal taxation in Russia and abroad, currency control.

The Role:

• Prepare drafts of client advice according to the company's standards;
• Make legislation researches on the wide range of issues;
• Participation in projects;
• Work as part of a team and demonstrates efficient team-work.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 2nd year master's degree course of law University;
• Excellent technical knowledge of Russian and International law;
• Excellent working knowledge of the English language: both verbal and written;
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a team, meet challenges and deliver outstanding results;
• Career- and success-oriented.
