Description
- Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
- As Head of Creative Works Russia, you will lead a team of senior professionals in order to deliver creative solutions for Google’s clients and partners in Russia and abroad. You will be responsible for defining the team’s strategy, for shaping the offering and method of operating of the team, as well as representing Creative Works Russia internationally.
- You will also lead, facilitate, and participate in creative workshops and projects for Google’s clients in all major industry sectors, bringing complex groups of stakeholders together to solve a specific brief. You will work closely with Sales, Agency, Marketing, PR, and Product teams within Google, Agency, and Client teams externally.
- As Head of Creative Works, you will use the power of creativity and Google technology to help our advertisers grow while helping our sales teams achieve their objectives.
- Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of creative, producer, and strategists.
- Lead the team’s future, strategy, and offering.
- Represent Google and Creative Works in front of B and C-level clients.
- Represent Creative Works Russia within Google.
- Lead Creative Works services and creative-centric design thinking sprints.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading creative teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Considerable experience in the creative industry and experience in a leadership position (e.g. Creative Director).
- Experience of strong conceptual digital creative work.
- Deep understanding of branding and strategic creative thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
