Consultant / Senior Consultant

About company:

• OKS Group, a leading media and technology focused investment holding, is expanding its newly launched consulting business OKS LABS. We work in collaboration with the Russian branch of international media conglomerate dentsu as well as with other OKS Group members – digital services and start-ups – to build a unique offer for our clients based on eCom, MarTech, SalesTech, and AdTech solutions
• We look for consultants and senior consultants to join our management consulting and corporate finance practices. We have a pipeline of business & functional strategy development projects as well as corporate finance assignments in rapidly developing industries – media, telecoms, entertainment, and now expanding in digital, financial services, oil and gas, healthcare, FMCG and retail

What you'll do:

• Work with ex-Big3/ Big4 Partners and experts who are ready to invest in your development 
• Take ownership of parts of CF projects and deliver them from start to finish 
• Gather insights from C-level Russian and international experts, both internal (dentsu and OKS Group) and external (via expert networks)
• Assist our clients in solving business issues based on thorough data analysis. Build presentations, reports, business plans and financial models depending on CF/MC practice
• Create clear stories, deliver insights, and present them with passion and confidence to both senior team members and clients 

Our ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from accredited university
• Self-starter with get-it-done attitude, high level of self-motivation, strong inter-personal skills 
• Excellent analytical, Excel and PPT skills, fluent English
• 1-2 years (for consultant) / 3-4 years (for senior consultant) of relevant experience
