M&A Analyst (Middle East & Asia)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• market research (including total addressable market calculation, industrial benchmarks);
• financial analysis of incoming projects;
• financial modeling and valuation;
• preparation of the deal materials;
• deal execution: transaction structuring, coordination of various teams within due diligence, review of the legal documentation.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• bachelor’s degree;
• exceptional knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
• strong analytical skills;
• strong financial modelling skills;
• relevant professional experience either in Real Estate companies, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Strategy Consulting would be a plus;
• good written and spoken English.
