Business Analyst (Business Driven Data Modelling)

Responsibilities

• Develop and document BDDM (Business Driven Data Model) for commercial data and systems
• Being in constant dialog with subject matter experts in all commercial product groups, collect, analyze, aggregate information about data we are acquiring during commercial activities, describe them using BDDM methodology and tools and ensure consistent data exchange between systems and Data Warehouse
• Analyze business requirements to reporting, Identify and close gaps in BDDM to fulfil reporting requirements
• Perform planning and prioritization of activities in order to deliver business critical data timely, reflect planning process in dedicated Jira. Maintain Confluence page and ensure it is up-to-date
• Follow the changes in the business model and reflect them on the level of data modelling, performing model adjustments
• Support business and technical teams with actual data model structure and associated business processes
• Actively collaborate with other BI streams in order to improve and optimize data flow, quality and visibility. Share and promote best data structure practices
• Promote BDDM standards and philosophy in all commercial product groups and BI team. Encourage systems integration with use of BDDM

Requirements

• 2 + years of experience in data analysis and modelling
• University degree
• Ability to learn quickly and analytical mind-set
• Experience in stakeholders management
• Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
• Upper intermediate English (both oral and written)
• Experience in project management will be your advantage
• Understanding of data scope and structure of at least one of the following company systems – REBUS, SFA, DTE, RRP SFDC, SAP P1
• Experienced SQL user
• Experienced user of MS Office tools
